How to order
Orders start through Messenger. We’ll check the product options, price, and schedule with you before confirming your order.
Message us
Tell us which product you want, how many you need, and your event date. You can also send a design reference and budget.
Discuss your order
We’ll check availability and discuss personalization, packaging, pricing, and how long the order will take.
Confirm and pay
Check the names, spelling, design, quantity, and other agreed details. Pay a 70% downpayment or the full amount to confirm your order.
Production and payment
Production usually takes 7–14 days after downpayment verification. Send us your event date so we can confirm the schedule before you pay. Rush orders are subject to approval, and additional fees may apply.
We accept GCash, BDO, Metrobank, BPI, and cash for walk-in payments. Any remaining balance must be paid and verified before pickup or dispatch.
Pickup and delivery
You can arrange pickup, Lalamove delivery, or courier shipping, depending on your location. Delivery fees are separate from the product price and will be confirmed before booking.
Allow time for delivery as well as production. The dispatch date is when we hand over your order, not necessarily when it arrives.
