Ordering and returns
Here’s how we handle design approvals, changes, cancellations, and problems with your items. Please read this before paying. If you have a question, we’re happy to help through Messenger.
Approving your design
Before we start personalising your items, we’ll send you the design and order details in Messenger. Please check the spelling, names, dates, quantity, layout, and any other details before approving them.
Your approved design and order details will guide us as we make your items.
Changing your order
Need to change something? Message us as soon as you can. We’ll check what’s possible based on how far along your order is.
We’ll let you know if the change affects the price or when your order will be ready to send, and ask for your approval before going ahead.
Cancelling your order
If you need to cancel, please message us. We’ll refund your payment in full if we haven’t started work or committed any costs for your order.
If we have, we may deduct reasonable costs for work already done and materials purchased or committed to your order, then refund the rest. We’ll give you a breakdown of the actual costs and reduce material charges where materials can reasonably be returned or reused.
Once personalised items are finished, there may be little or nothing left to refund if you change your mind.
We’ll review your request and discuss the outcome with you in Messenger, including any refund amount and how we’ll send it to you.
If something isn’t right
If your items arrive damaged, defective, or different from what we agreed, please let us know through Messenger or email uni.magical.lit@gmail.com. Tell us which order it is and what happened. Photos can help us see the problem.
We’ll review the problem with you and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under Philippine consumer law. We’ll cover the necessary return pickup and delivery costs for that solution.
If you’re entitled to a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we won’t deduct cancellation costs from it.
